Here is what this package offers:
- Up to four two hour consultation to include detailed wedding plans
- A comprehensive itinerary for the Bride and Bridal Party
- Supervision and set up of ceremony site
- Supervision and set up of reception site
- Make sure flowers are transported to reception from the church
- Receive all deliveries on your behalf – cake, flowers, gifts etc.
- Communication with caterers and vendors
- Make sure the caterers serve the meal with good presentation and and on time.
- Assist the Bride and Bridal Party prior to the ceremony if required.
- Prepare bridal party for the receiving line
- Issue final payments to vendors on site
